Started career in property trade in year 2005 while pursuing her degree as a chartered accountant. With strong determination and passion in the real estate industry, she has concluded countless property deals especially in Residential & commercial Projects. She was promoted to lead a team of young vibrant sales force within 4 months into her real estate career. Throughout the years of experience, she has gained strong connection with people from all walks of life such as international clients, corporate clients and individual property investors. In Year 2011, Lynnette established Full Homes Realty Sdn bhd ( a licensed property agency) as the Director of Kota Damansara branch and is one of the youngest partner heading a team of vibrant, hardworking and aggressive Sales. She plays an important role in pushing sales for various developers. She believes that when marketing a property, when done correctly, can create the most unbelievable opportunities for sellers. As for buyers, she has always listened attentively to the needs and wants of her clients, giving the best advice in property selection to ensure that her clients profit from buying.
Acquivest properties Sdn Bhd is established to guide all foreigners and local investors to invest in Malaysia via all types of property investment category purchases from company asset purchase ( asset transfers via holding company) , corporate building searches, Project planning for developers according to latest trend, conceptual project consultations and complicated real estate refinancing structures. At the same time, she has worked with many MM2H license holder in providing MM2H application assistance in the past. At the same time Acquivest Properties Sdn Bhdl is established to assist developers in Joint Ventures arrangements, Property Management Services, Asset Management, Project Marketing, Revenue Sharing Arrangement, Property Financing Arrangement and other property related services.
Her expertise mainly comprises of restructuring and planning for real estate owners into converting existing asset into profitable return on investment to increase valuation of the property.

Mr. Johnathan Doe
Mr. Doe Jain is the founder and visionary behind the Jain Group. Started almost 38 years back, he laid the foundation of Jain Group when the Group owned mines of China Clay in eastern Rajasthan. The company further forayed into manufacturing and trading of China Clay and its products.

Mr. Ron Perman
Mr. Perman has done his graduation in commerce from Kolkata and studied contemporary Architecture and monument studies. Under his visionary leadership the Real Estate division of The Jain Group was christened as Dream Developers in the early years of 2000.
